چکیده
In the previous half-century, natural rock phosphates (PN) have been a valuable alternative for phosphorus (P) fertilizer sustainable agriculture; furthermore, phosphogypsum (PG) has widely used as soil amendment since it improves some properties, increases crop yields, and represents an environmental concern that can make good economic profit; this research aimed to study effects of microbial consortia phosphate-solubilizing microorganisms (PSM) on solubilization PN PG in soil, their promoting plant growth nutrient assimilation using ryegrass model. Local supply with Pseudomonas fluorescens (MW165744) significantly root proliferation biomass dry weight compared other isolates, well total P uptake, maximum value 62.31 mg/pot. The opposite occurred mixing inoculation fluorescens, Pantoea agglomerans (MW165752) Stenotrophomonas maltophilia (MW221274), negligible 5.39 Whereas addition gave outstanding absorption 57.05 mg/pot when input 38.06 Finally, results prove co-inoculation could be promising option use source plants maintain high level nutrients soil.

Biofertilizers have been used as sources to improve plant nutrients in sustainable agriculture. Experiments were conducted to evaluate the potential of phosphate solubilizing bacteria (PSB) Bacillus megaterium var. phosphaticum and potassium solubilizing bacteria (KSB) Bacillus mucilaginosus inoculated in nutrient limited soil planted with pepper and cucumber. Results showed that rock P and K a...

Microorganisms with the ability to release nutrients to the soil from insoluble sources may be useful for plant cultivation. We evaluated the growth-promoting effect on Jatropha curcas L. of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria (PSB) and the native microbiota in soil with or without rock dust. J. curcas L. is important for biodiesel production. The experiments were performed in a greenhouse under a ...

A study was performed to investigate the efficiency of rhizobacteria on solubilization of rock phosphate and their assimilation by wheat plants in quartz sand potted experiments. Two phosphate solubilizing bacteria, P. fluorescens and Serratia sp. were encapsulated in sodium alginate and potato starch beads and selected to investigate the variation on pH values, the enzymatic activity of alkali...
متن کاملRole of phosphate solubilizing bacteria on rock phosphate solubility and growth of aerobic rice.
Use of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria (PSB) as inoculants has concurrently increased phosphorous uptake in plants and improved yields in several crop species. The ability of PSB to improve growth of aerobic rice (Oryza sativa L.) through enhanced phosphorus (P) uptake from Christmas island rock phosphate (RP) was studied in glasshouse experiments. Two isolated PSB strains; Bacillus spp. PSB9 a...
